so there are these 3 girls that i ALWAYS run into, naomi, susie, and cathy. everywhere i go, i see them. dining hall. pool hall. dining hall. pool hall again! it's always them who are the first to see me. i hear my name being called. "phil!" and then laughter. i don't have much to say to them except for a simple hi. then i go about my business. then online, they call that being mean. what a buncha bastards! what do you want me to say? what am i supposed to say? perhaps i just don't have anything to say. perhaps, i'm busy doing other stuff like eating or have to attend to my pool game. i can never have a normal conversation online with these girls. it's always about why i hate them or they start analyzing me. goodness, i'm so glad i don't live in Middle Earth. they would seriously be on my case ALL THE TIME! i know they just wanna be "nice," but i highly recommend another solution...like maybe just accept phil for the way he is and stop asking stupid questions like "you like naomi don't you?!" gosh, i really hope none of them are reading this blog. that would be bad. really really bad.

today, dykas and i had a conversation with bs about campus ministries b/c he joined one. dykas and i learned the dangers of c.m.'s b/c it's so easy to become dependent on the people/group. it's so easy to lead you astray from church b/c the fellowships that they have are very welcoming and fun. we understand that they can be beneficial through accountable brothers/sisters and great times of fellowship through Bible Studies and Campus Evangelism. however, i think these ministries only have students that "teach" other students, which could also be VERY dangerous. i heard that there were no pastors or certified leaders overlooking the ministries. so yeah, it can be a very dangerous thing for all christians. to be blunt, we discourage it. however, BS was really into it and was being very unreasonable with his arguments. today's conversation reminded me once again of how imperfect christians could be. many times, we have good intensions but we don't see the whole picture. its important to read scripture and pray daily. campus ministries should not be your life.

man, i wanna go home. i miss mommy. i miss brudder. i miss yg. *sigh* it's only been 2 weeks. i won't be able to go home for a while. aish!
