man, so many people fall away from God in college. remember, this is just ONE example. i know alot more people who show symptoms of a pseudo-christian. but at the same time, it makes me glad that God is uncovering all of the self-deceived. i suppose it'd be better for these people to realize sooner or later. i'm not saying i know for SURE that these people aren't saved, but i think it's pretty clear that they are slowly turning away.

i had the worst sleep in college yet. connie was doing her paper on my computer til like 4 in the morning and i was finally about to fall asleep. then minh comes into my room and starts chatting away on AIM. i've grown to fall asleep even through this disturbing nonsense but last night was just a bummer. and every morning, kiyoshi wakes up around 7 and gets ready for the day. for some reason, i ALWAYS wake up from hearing everything in the morning. i think i got a total of 4 hours of sleep. it sucks being such a light sleeper. sometimes, it just doesn't work out.

however, there's actually some good news! i actually found 2 people on my floor that play chess! and ironically, will is one of them! will is like the buff, lazy guy in our floor and he actually plays chess. it's a seriously a strange world out there.

i have a habit of bragging to my friends that my brother is a really good chess player. i know they can care less but it's fun to brag...even if it's about simon.
