This week's Persecuted Church: Burma
According to statistics, almost 90% practice Buddhism, 6% practice Christianity, and 4% practice Islam. Burma is ruled by a highly repressive, authoritarian military regime that acts as a dictatorship. The severe deficit of Bibles has forced many Christians to painstakingly copy by hand and memorize entire books of the Bible.
