the month of january has finally disappeared. man, what a crazy month! i feel like so much has happened in the past 31 days. i got alot closer with church people...particularly the freshmen! both winter and freshmen retreats were just awesome. but not only them. i also got alot closer with the irvine guys...eugene, chris, sean, and jay. those guys are really cool. i'm not sure how well the rest of cpc knows them but dude, us irvine guys are seriously one cool group. man, God really blessed me in coming to irvine. so many great people i've met.

man, today was such a hot day! i woke up a little after 12 and ate some lunch with hideo. after lunch, i went back to bed and woke up at 3:30. dude, i woke up with a really sweaty face and a dry mouth. it's sooooo much hotter when you're sleeping on a bunk cause all the heat rises and stuff. man, such crucial weather during january! i think it was 94 degrees today...well, at least that's what it said on hannah's profile.

after church, we went to eugene's place (it's becoming a regular thing to do) and just chilled there. i just went on the computer while the others were playing Smash. but around 1:30, sean and simon took us to BCD, this really good soon doobu place that's 24 hours. man, that crap hit the spot just right! tasty and not too spicy. stomach satisfied but not about to explode. geez, it was just the right meal. i haven't had an enjoyable meal like that in a while.

simon: yeah, and there was this glass counter...
sean: you know that if you see glass in your dreams, it's bad luck right?
simon: really?
sean: no, i just made that up right now.
everyone: ahahahahaha.

simon: yeah, and there was this purple chicken...
sean: you know if you see purple, it means your gay...
simon: shuttup!

ahahahahahah. oh yeah, speaking of meals...

today, we went over the Lord's Supper in church. it was really good b/c i now have a better understanding of it all. i feel like i always say that though. i mean, i think i know stuff but when we go over it, i feel so ignorant and forgetful. so yeah, we're taking communion this sunday night. that's right not sunday morning but sunday night. i think that's kinda cool how we kinda make it separate. it makes it seem more signifcant, more recognizable and important. haha. goldfish and grapejuice for communion. ahahahahahaha.

dude, my feet smell really bad right now. i'm wearing my slippers and my feet are stretched out underneath my desk...but i can still smell it! it's kinda funny you know? it's weird how when you smell something really bad, you can't help but laugh about it right? like when you're with your friends and someone farts. i mean, everyone's going to laugh if it's loud, but it makes us laugh even harder when it smells horrible, does it not? lol. i think the same goes for my feet. like as i am typing about this embarrassing fact, i am typing with a smile on my face. ahahahahaha. that also reminds me of the time when i was chillin' at PJ's place late at night after a dance. man! my feet smelled soooooooo bad! we put a blanket over my feet but you could STILL smell that crap. i mean, it was really really bad. tiffanie knows. lol. i know she can't forget that.
