if you've been to irvine, you'll notice that everything is around a circle. on that circular road called Ring Road, there are lots of clubs with their tables and flyers during the day. you'll see all kinds of frats, christian ministries, and asian clubs trying to get students to come out to events and join their clubs. but one club that stands out is called I.Q.. now, a normal person would first think that this was a club for nerds or "smart" people. *ahem* nope. not even close. I.Q. stands for Irvine Queers. when my friends and i first saw that, we didn't know how to react.

me: IQ?
lawrence: Irvine Queers.
me: um...woah.
lawrence: yeah.

when i think about it now, i don't laugh aloud. i know i'm cracking up inside, but on the outside i'm just emotionless. i know if i was with justin, we would've busted out laughing our heads off! lol. we'd sarcastically encourage each other to join, emphasizing how perfect it is for one another. haha. but yeah, don't you think that's the STUPIDEST thing to call your club? i mean, even if i WERE gay, i wouldn't want to be called an Irvine Queer. gosh, those stupid idiots. good luck getting people to join.

man, we are such sinful creatures before the eyes of God. today, i noticed that there's alotta "bad examples" of christians out there. i hear "christians" cussing left to right. i know "christians" that get drunk occasionally and seem to consider it ok. "what?! you don't drink at all?!" is the response i get when i tell them that i don't drink. these are people who go to church that say this to me! it's really sad. how sinful. gosh, we really do deserve hell. we are so incredibly sinful, always taking God's grace for granted. gosh, we need to continually remind ourselves of how much we need Christ. i'm not saying i'm any better b/c i don't drink. i'm no better. i really am no better...
